This policy explains how Aitareya Infra LLP ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data through www.aitareyainfra.com, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, mobile number, the type of home you are interested in, your preferred visit date and any message you write. The enquiry is sent to us through WhatsApp, so WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies to that message.
When you browse the site, Google Analytics and Google Ads may record pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and the advertisement that brought you to the site, using cookies and similar technologies.
Why we use it
- To call or message you about Casa Vishwanath and arrange site visits.
- To share price lists, brochures and project updates you ask for.
- To measure which advertisements bring genuine enquiries, and to show our advertisements to people likely to be interested.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. It is seen only by our sales team, and by service providers that run the website and advertising for us (our hosting provider, Google and Meta/WhatsApp), each under their own terms. We may disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or longer where a sale agreement or the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or erase your data, or withdraw consent to being contacted, by calling 90 5994 5994 or writing to our office address below. We will respond within a reasonable time. You can also turn off advertising personalisation at adssettings.google.com and block cookies in your browser.
